Hi, I'm Arthur.
Senior IT Project Manager & AI Engineer with 15+ years of experience shipping software across startups, scale-ups, and large organizations.
I run Kaestria — a one-person studio combining consulting (where I help teams adopt AI without breaking what works) and product engineering (where I build AI-native apps end to end — code, design, ops, distribution).
Generalist by training, AI expert by current practice. I speak English · Français · Polski and operate remote-first from Reunion Island.

What does Kaestria do?
Two things: I build AI-native mobile and web products (Suplio, the RankingRider suite) and I help other teams adopt AI through senior consulting, hands-on workshops, and pragmatic tech delivery.
Where are you based?
Reunion Island — a French overseas territory in the Indian Ocean (GMT+4). I operate remote-first with clients across Europe, North America, and beyond.
Can you work with international clients?
Yes. I speak English, French and Polish, work fully remote, and adapt to any timezone — synchronously when collaboration calls for it, asynchronously when it improves throughput.
What's your typical engagement model — project, hourly, or retainer?
Fixed-price for well-scoped projects, monthly retainers for ongoing partnerships, and hourly rates for shorter consulting engagements. We figure out the right fit during a first call.
Do you train teams or just deliver?
Both — and often combined. I ship code while transferring knowledge, run targeted workshops (Claude Code, AI agents, automation), and design adoption paths so your team owns the result long after I leave.
